Bollywood star Rishi Kapoor is no more.



Bollywood star Rishi Kapoor is no more. He died on Thursday (April 30) in the ICU of HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai, India.

His brother Randhir Kapoor informed the media about his demise. Rishi Kapoor has been suffering from cancer for almost two years.

He returned to the country last year after a long treatment abroad. But occasionally he suffered from infections or respiratory problems.

The actor was admitted to HNN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday morning due to shortness of breath.

He set foot in the silver world as a hero through movies.

Earlier, he acted as a child artiste in Raj Kapoor's memorable films 'Shri 420' and 'Mera Naam Joker'. He has done many hit movies including Amar Akbar Anthony, Laila Majnu, Rafo Chakkar, Sargam, Karz, Bol Radha Bol.

Rishi Kapoor has two children. His son Ranbir Kapoor is a popular Bollywood actor.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan in a tweet message to Rishi Kapoor Sharing the news of the death, Rishi Kapoor just left.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also tweeted condolences. He writes that Rishi Kapoor's departure after Irrfan Khan has caused a great loss to the world of Hindi film.

Rishi Kapoor fans have been immersed in his talent for generations. The Indian cine world and film lovers will remember him forever. The film world is lost in the news of one death after another.

Actor Irrfan Khan passed away at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai on Wednesday (April 29) just a day earlier.
