Extra mobile addiction during the lockdown: It is better to avoid

Today, the world is small and captive. Due to the lockdown, the Internet and mobile small screens have become the main companions of people. Some are spending most of the day on social media, some are watching movies, web series and some are spending their leisure time playing online games. The whole world is getting addicted to the internet as a result of this temporary idleness. However, if the lockdown goes up in the near future, this addiction can have a profound effect on a normal life as well.

The complete lockdown across the country has had a huge impact on daily life. In many cases, laziness and inactivity are consuming people as a result of long-running lockdown. As a result, everyone from students to employees is spending most of the day on the mobile screen. Many of the lockdowns have become mobile addicts. Excessive addiction can cause a lot of problems for ordinary people to get back to the normal rhythm of life in the future. It may even take about 6 months to cut this mobile dependency.

It is normal to get addicted when you spend time with mobile all day. But, you have to remove yourself from it. Failure to immediately cut off excess mobile dependence can lead to disaster in a healthy normal life. Talk to friends for leisure, hang out online with coworkers at work, and spend more time with family. One should not spend unlimited time with mobile or such technology. It is recommended to be mobile dependent for certain times of the day. The user has to fix that time automatically. If it is seen that someone has become overly mobile dependent, then his family and friends have to play a special role. Their role is crucial in bringing that person out of addiction. However, returning to a normal career will gradually get rid of this addiction.

Experts are advising the youth to be more aware and responsible for keeping in mind the future. In any case, one should be careful not to let the inactive attitude peek out. Excessive mobile addiction and laziness can push the goal of a normal life together.
